Essential Yang Formula is a modification of the classic Formula Rhemannia Eight Formula or Qi Pills of the Golden Kidney Cabinet (Jin Gui Shen Qi Wan) used to tone the Yang of the Kidneys. The Yang of the Kidneys is the yang root of the whole body. Yang's energy gives us the ability to be active, vital, assertive, and is responsible for functions, warmth and movement. From the traditional formula, we removed the Aconimum. We add lychees to nourish Yin and tone the blood and tonics of Yang, Morinda, Epimedium, and Psoralea to warm and strengthen the kidneys.
