Aboca – GrinTuss for Adults: Dry and Productive Cough – 20 Tablets

GrinTuss Adult tablets are indicated for both dry and productive coughs. Its action is based on a local protective mechanism in the upper respiratory tract, thanks to the combination of honey and the Poliresin® plant complex (resins, polysaccharides, and flavonoids from grindelia, plantain, and helichrysum).

This complex promotes mucoadhesion, which allows it to adhere to the mucosa and create a barrier against irritants (e.g., cold air, smoke, dust), while also helping to modulate coughing without “suppressing” the defensive reflex.

When a cough is bothersome, the goal isn’t always to “stop” the reflex—it’s often to soothe the irritation, protect the throat, and make the cough more effective and less harsh. These lozenges act as a soothing “shield” with a pleasant taste, helpful for both dry coughs and coughs with phlegm.
